Our goal is to be the most reliable supplier of floorplans and measured surveys in the London Area

Lease plans

Supplying Commercial and Residential HM Land Registry Compliant Leaseplans which are drawn specifically to match the criteria outlined within the HM Land Registry Practice Guide 40.

Measured surveys

Providing full measured surveys in an ‘As Existing’ format which an architect can modify to create their proposals. The plans are normally delivered in a CAD / DWG format.

H M Land Registry plans for First Registration (FR) or Transfer of Part (TP1) of freehold areas. We can provide these for anywhere in the UK.

Area calculations

Creating CAD plans which are used to calculate precise floor areas of both Commercial or Residential Buildings and drawn to the RICS Code of Measuring Practice, 6th Edition.
